We have tried several times to work with you but as you are not cooperating with us then, unfortunately, we have to proceed further with legal actions against your name and SSN in order to dispute this matter into the courthouse. This is confirmed completely that you don't want to cooperate with us. We have already told you that if you have any financial hardship or something else, you can update us. We will try our best to help you out. As you are receiving our notification and not responding to us back. Please send us your attorney's information so we can directly talk to him/her and proceed further in a legal way. If you are sure that you haven't done anything wrong then you need to prove this into the courthouse because The Company has more than 14 types of technical evidence in order to prove the money was successfully deposited into your bank account.
IN THIS SITUATION WE ARE GOING TO PROCEED FURTHER WITH LEGAL CHARGES AGAINST YOUR NAME AND SOCIAL. YOUR CASE FILE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO RESTITUTION DEPARTMENT HEAD. THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS AND YOU WILL BE FORCED TO COME OUT INTO THE COURTHOUSE. AFTER THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE RIGHT TO BLAME US. NOTE: IF YOU IGNORED THIS EMAIL AND FAILED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS DEBT THEN ALL OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS WILL BE SEIZED THRU MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS WITHIN NEXT SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS THAT’S WHY YOUR COOPERATION WOULD BE REALLY APPRECIATED.
Any police officer can execute the warrant—without giving you time to pay—and take you into custody. You can then pay the debt in full at the watch-house; but if you don’t, your period of imprisonment will begin before you are transferred to a prison.
What will happen if YOU don’t pay?
¬ Unfortunately, this will be considered as a flat refusal.
¬ Charges will be pressed against you at 12 o clock.
¬ They have the authorities set out for you and process and press charges against you.
You will serve 1 day in prison for every $734.27 of the infringement notice, or at a rate as specified in the court order.
Before you are arrested: If you pay in full or make a part-payment before you are arrested, the warrant will be recalled and amended. However, it will be immediately re-issued if the debt is not paid in full. When you know a warrant has been issued, you should email us to discuss your options.
After you are arrested: Once the warrant has been served, your only options are to serve the time in prison or pay the debt (plus costs) in full at the Courthouse. We have to proceed further with legal actions against your name and SSN in order to dispute this matter into the courthouse as you have failed to make the payment. WE HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS RESERVED TO INFORM TO FBI, FTC, YOUR EMPLOYER AND BANK ABOUT FRAUD. And once you are found guilty in the courthouse then you have to bear the entire cost for this lawsuit $4271.15 which is excluding loan amount, attorney's fees, and the interest charges. You have the right to hire an attorney. If you don't have one or if you can't afford then one will be appointed to you.
NOTE: YOU CAN EMAIL US IN ORDER TO MAKE THE PAYMENT SO THAT WE CAN HOLD THIS CASE AND IF NOT THEN WE WILL PROCEED FURTHER ACCORDINGLY.

Caller hung up when the answering machine kicked in. Caller ID said "WEST PENN ALLE[GHENY]" but it couldn't have been a legit call from the health care network or they would have left a message, right? Very few hits in a Google search; and the few that *were* listed had [various] fake sounding names -- at least one of which (in a side search) had other numbers at several other addresses (all apparently faked as well). So, some sort of scammer. But of course it doesn't do them any good when people don't pick up the phone because SPAM, does it? You're welcome....

A man called and ask to talk to the lady of the house, then the man of the house.
When I asked him to identify himself, he hung up.

Lady with foreign accent asking for donations to help those affected by covid 19. Requesting $20. ,"Just a suggestion". Or $50.
Difficult to understand completely but seemed to be representing a hospital foundation. I thought the phone call might be because I have donated to the hospital and it's not unusual for them to solicit again. I repeated kindly that I will donate again but in my own way and she politely bid me good day.
Certainly could be a scam, so be careful.

Of course, it is a scam because these POS have nothing else to do in their POS life. This # is DoorDash in Alabama who called @ 6:36 pm. The POS who have been harassing us since November 2020 with calls/texts about health insurance no one ever requested found our prepaid Tracfone #. Have received over 300 calls/texts from every small 2 bit hick town in Arkansas, TX, LA, FL, GA, NV, WV since then until now. Never answered 1 call but now have started blocking these POS calls because the POS now sold our # to DoorDash that we have never used and app never downloaded. May these POS rot and burn in hell.
